    New setup

I could use some help designing this box. How thick should I go with the fiberglass? I have 6 gallons of resin and rolls of mat. IF i could fit 15's in a sealed enclosure would it hit as hard? I have been able to get some more room on the back wall by removing a panel.

My goal is to have deep clean hitting bass. I am sure I can't get close to whay my 15's could do. But my 15's were in a mdf/fiberglass sealed box in the back of my pathfinder. I was thinking of making the sides, top and part of the bottom MDF but the back and rest of the bottom fiberglass so I can get every sq' in of air space possible. I also need to squeeze in a amp rack on the face in the middle of the woofers.

    New setup

Well I have been looking for a new set of 12's for my truck. I just purchased a dodge mega cab that needs some serious audio loving. I have (2) 15 eclipse ti subs that will not fit. I am trying to put (2) 12's behind the rear mega cab seats. I have been thinking seriously about buying a pair of Fi BL or BTL subs but I am worried about space for the BTL's. I have 60 inches of width 23 inch height but the depth is only 7.5 inches at the top and around 11 at the bottom. Is there a way I could build a ported enclosure with those dimensions that could effectively push 2 BTL's or BL's. I would be using 2 DEI Viper D1200.1 amps. I am very impressed with the BL and BTL line. I also like that they are built locally. Thanks
