What type of music do you listen to? Is that your goal hairtricks? I have heard the RE and the sa-8s, liked them both, but was real suprised by the 8s. doing hairtricks is not my goal but would love to actually do some but if not possible then no i've heard RE too and was impressed just never heard the SA-8 considering that i only have a limited space 2 cubesto be exact i listen to mostly hip hop rap and some spanish and i have an epicenter -
The IA 187 12 is good you can try 2 12 re se if you break your budget or you can try 2 12 re srx Do you have an epicenter?
-
cool cuz there like the same price how about ported sealed in 1.2 cubes each jus 2 10's
-
I'm going to build a box just want to know were to buy mdf
-
how about in subs
-
its just going to be for 2 10s so 1/2 will do the job or 3/4 ill be using the IA 187's or RE SRX 10's what do you think i should choose

SAE1200d or SAZ1000d

Ill be buying a new amp soon. Ill be putting this amp on 3 10 re srx. The amp will be on the stock electrical and I might do the big 3 upgrade. And i might be getting an amp for my highs and mids. I have the alpine type r 5x7. They are 100wrms each. My budget on the amp is spending no more than 150 for the high amp. For the sub amp i will be spending no more than 280$ Oh and the amps i could get the SAE 1200d for 211 refurbished and the SAZ1000d for 197 refurbished. They will be on a 2000 f250 -
Oh its because i was looking online and could find it at home depot there was some at lowes but jus 3/4 inch.

The biggest difference that I noticed between the SAE 1200D and the SAZ-1000D is that the SAZ is strappable, while the SAE is not. If you are not planning on getting a second amp, (for your subs), then get more power with the SAE-1200D. If your budget for the highs amp is 150, then look on db-r, there is an SAX-50.4 for about that price refurbished. Goes nicely with either of those sub amps. For sure ill get the SAX50.4 refurb for 153$ The sub amp that i want is the saz 1000d but i believe that the saz has more current draw than the sae 1200d -
So I have looked around in the internet and found out that you can install car audio stuff with a power supply. My brother fixes computers so i have plenty of those I have a pioneer head unit. and 1 12 inch sub and was wondering if i can connect those to my computer. Along with an amp to power the sub.

Ok going to make like a little diagram of cheap wood see if they would fit. This will work on the four door right???
-
Just for info i have the Superduty without window motor. Oh ok so i wont need that much sound deadner. How much do you sell the 187's shipped to 92567 10"s.
-
so what your saying is take off the back plastic part. Cover that with Dynamat or any other sound deadener. And that would be good. Do u think the re srx would fit there or the 187's are better?? Ive never tried incriminator audio but i have tried re audio
-
yeah but would they fit in the box???
-
write now i have the us amps xt2000d 1000wrms @1ohm and the us amps 800.4 100x4wrms @ 2 ohm stock electrical and a 2 farad capacitor 4 awg wiring and pioneer HU
-
oh ok but you mean the switch on the psu. If i dont have a psu
-
oh alright. But if i have a HU can't i just connect the rem. from the HU and so on
-
You sure can. oh alright thanks. Just wondering if from the psu the wire in it is not that thick my amp has 4awg wiring inputs. How large is the power supply? I have 2 500 watt power supplies and 1 800 watt BFG PSU

oh well i was looking to see if it would be better ported or sealed my budget would be around 250 to 320 $. There is no way that i could fit different subs other than shallows. Or is there any good sounding shallows. Can i move my back bench seat a little forward so i can build a different box with more mounting depth.

One takes more power, if you dont have the room to run an 18" subwoofer then it will be a waste of money and should just stick with the 15" of either model you get. well its going in the back of a jeep cherokee so room shouldnt be an issue. but if there are no big advantages to an 18in sub ill probably stick with the 15in BL i would say the 15 inch fi bl for spl and the fi q for "SQL" kicker l7's sound nasty in prefab boxes

Im looking two get two new subs. What would be a better buy. 2 12" Alpine Type R subs (4ohm) or 2 12" Rockford Fosgate P3 subs(4ohm). They are being powered by a US Amps XT2000D amplifier and will be wired at 1ohm. In a sealed box. I am getting both at the same price but i dont know which ones would sound better. And im also looking at getting some new speakers, debating wheter to get the Alpine Type R 5x7 SPR-57C or the RE Audio RE5X7FR. Any help with this would be much appreciated. Thanks
