US AMPS MERLIN MD1D AMPLIFIER 1200 WATTS RMS AMP - eBay (item 200477055940 end time Jun-26-10 12:02:09 PDT) I have two RE REX subs and want to run them temp on it and i think this is a pretty good deal. If i do push the RE's with this amp i will have to set the gain order not to pop them only reason i ant is because I might keep it for future upgrades Tell me what you think. -

I have 1 RE SE right now and want to get the other one so it can make the amp output full power. But for right now I'm looking an this one, or any one in the 1200rms range for under 190. -

XCON worth extra $100 in my case?
cheese20323 replied to Tony Nelson's topic in Sound Solutions Audio (SSA®)
The XCON will be better than the ICON, 1 it handles more power so you won't really be able to blow it very quickly or never. The Icon is rated at 1000wrms and It can get blown off of 1500 clipped power from the amp if you do not set the gains correctly and the Xcon is the Icon's bigger bro..... -
It's not going to be R.I.P it's going to be reborn again......

you should get them if they don't work atleast they didn't do anything wrong. Nut in most cases they work
-
Well first of all you have to much cone area in your trunk. If you have a wall then your good. But the key to hairtricks is the most cone area and your box being sealed. But what you wan't is spl and your box is tuned to low for that tune closer to 34hz

cheese20323 replied to ShaiTan's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
any car battery will work as long as it is 12 volts regardless if you have a system or not. -
well most test songs are from 30-45 hz

The Fi is louder and it still delivers great SQ in the right box.... If your looking for sq go for the Q
-
I think there won't be an audible difference between the Aq 2200 and the SAZ 2000d but the SAZ 2500 will be louder
-
They will be but you need an H/O alt for either of them....
