I hope you have taken some of the kinks out of your tube amp. Thank you for asking good questions

Damping factor numbers are misleading on class-d designs for the equations were made to describe A/B amplifiers originally.

yep above is correct

Best to call the US amp tech Greg 626 833-2177 for help

Car audio tested the 2006 MD3D and got over 2000 watts RMS at 14.4 volts at 1 ohm load, with music it would put out about 2500-3000 watts New 2007 class DE MD3 is way more musical than the 2006 however, the 2006 md3 using the Harris Intersel chip which makes the amp sound more aggressive to some. Damping factor is misleading on class-d designs for the equations were made to describe A/B amplifiers originally.

Call Greg at US amps toll free at 1 877 267 9360 for not all the USA 100hc were the same.

If you want around 800 watts in a small heat sink look at the AX600DE

The xt4000d can pull bursts of around 120 amps.

The term," full 360 degree signal," are your words but I can work with them, no problem. The output of the amplifier is a pulse width modulated output; the pulse width is modulated by the music. The output pulse is feed thru an output filter; voltage out of the filter is a varying DC representation of the music producing 360 degrees of the entire signal. Now I have a few questions regarding the tube amp you built. 1) What type of output tube are you using? Cathode bias, negative grid bias? 2) Push pull or single ended? If push pull, what type of phase inverter are you using? 3) What type of output transformer are you using?

XT and Merlin amp boards are loaded with a pick and place machines {arm reaches about 36 inches) for smaller parts.. However, bigger parts must be added by hand.

Thier are a few different versions of older USA and newer AX 1000DE's, many were moded for specific uses

So you did all listed above? do you have sereral grounds or is full system on 1 ground only? call greg at 626 833-2177
