Well I spent some time today playing around and sealing everything up tight. The results....157.7 same as before. I thought for sure I would the .3 I needed. No luck. Back to the drawing board. -
From what I've read and been told by some big name guys, multiple smaller amps are a better bet than fewer large amps. I was actually talked out if getting some 7.5s or 9ks and stick with 4 5ks

dont get my wrong i still bump 2 12's ssa in my scion on 1500, but i have been wanting to do this since i was a kid and i finally am. might as well i got my degree in automotive restoration from mcpherson college and i ot a business degree too. i manage a high end exotic car warehouse. so i have a feeling im living the good life i drive cars everyone dream cars and work on my chevelle for a lving. got me jelly! I kinda hate you. HaCongrats though for real. Work is much better when you love doing it

I'm hoping for a better score once i add power. But for now id like to see a 58 at a show on tl before I add power. And a 57.xx streetbeat, that may have to wait for the 2nd singer alt to come.

I'm confident I can sb a 57 by this weekend. I started a low 56 last show before the current updates. I can't test sb on my meter but I give it s run at the show this weekend. -

It's as he sees it happening. The amp did have issue but still played. He sold it before I shipped it and refused to have it fixed. The next buyer received a broken amp, not him. He still made his money. Only reason I wouldn't refund the money is he made payments on it knowing it was going to still use it and it was going to see .5 ohms. By the time he finished paying for it i had already spent the money on my new amps and didnt have all the funds. That's why I offered to have it rebuilt. It's the best I could at the time. Everyone seemed ok even the new buyer. I won't get into all the trade details because it isn't mine business to air out but in the end everyone made out ok. matter of fact he didn't want me to tell the other buyer, who I figured out who it was. I call him and said the amp had a burned spot on the board but no protect light and still worked ok as far as i could tell. I even made a video when I pulled it out verifying it worked before I even opened it up. Just because I had an issue when I bought it and didn't want any troubles. Now I'm sure he will come in here and say how I'm wrong and ripped him off blah blah blah. Use your best judgement. I've never ripped anybody off here.
