The best part is, rent in my sub division is about $600 more than my house note per month.

our current house dropped about 40% in 5 years. Lucky for me it took most of its loss prior to my owning it. I paid about 100k less than all my neighbors that bought new in 05.

I'm pretty exited. My wife wanted to sell this one to buy the other, so the savings wouldn't take a big hit for the down payment. Right now it just makes sense to keep it and use the savings. That's what its for right?

Got pre-approved for a home loan for our next house. We just refinanced our current house, bringing the mortgage down a few hundred bucks and knocking 7 years off. Were Going to keep the old one as a rental/positive cash flow property. A step in the right direction.

Received my samples today. They messed up one color so I'm waiting to hear back from them. I might prep the quarter panel and lay down a blue with black stripe and see how it looks on the car. -

I agree about the red. I see Matte black everywhere. Like mist of what I do, I'm trying to think outside the box and come up with something unique. -

I didnt order my color for the car and now im having second thoughts. i want this car to stand out but im not sure red is the color for me. i found a really cool metalic matte blue. looks like a BMW color. Hell i dont know what im looking for. -
I've been looking at one lately to replace my silverado 1500. I'll probably wait untill spring. i wish ford or Chevy would make a mega cab like dodge did. I just can't bring myself to buy a dodge. Tundra? J possible. I'd rather stay Chevy of Ford.tundras are bad ass. tundras are bad ass.... my uncle always buys them, in fact he just got a new one a month ago.. fucking sweeeeeetttt , tons of hauling capability big ass motor, comfy and its a Toyota.. runs for ever. i can go on all day about toyota trucks. guess I need to look in price and amenities.
