You are not likely going to see full power. Overhead is your friend. 2 subs rated at 750-1000w each seems to fit that amp well. -
If I had a place and time to take on a monster project I can pick up an old duece and half cheap.

I don't think that battery should be resting at 11.9v When's the last time it was charged? I have the same batteries and they sit about 12.8v

I know you inquired about used amps but the ssa store carries the crescendo 2k for about 380. It's a hair over budget. But buying a new amp comes with warranty and piece of mind. Just something to ponder. -

its an idea I've toyed with. Just like an astro.Dosent really fit my style. I'm really looking to do big numbers next time and want it to be an eye catcher too. Nobody expected my Camaro to do anything just cause its a Camaro.

Even an old coupe. Big back seat and trunk space too. If I'm going to sell off the Camaro it needs to be for a car that's easily capable if 60s on music.
