I moved the port out 6 more inches. heres how it looks now. much more room behind the port the breate now.

Thanks. not quite where i want/should be but ill take it. gonna flip my box over tomorow if i have time just to see the gains that could be had. that would make port back under the seat and subs facing down. got a video or two loading right now

Major success! did 140.9 on music in initial testing on drained batteries. SO much louder than before to my ears and up about 4 DBs on the meter.

Box is done and wired up. Eating dinner now then on to a little meter session.

OK so i started to redesign my port. Im thinking my low numbers are due to my port being choked up against the back wall of the box. I added six more inches and it seems like it should breath so much better. Its almost done now and should be bumpin and testing by tomorrow. Only need to cut out the holes for the subs but decided to take the wife and baby out for ice cream instead.

All this talk about racks and we havent even seen the Double DEEEES

this is awesome to hear. as for all the "shit talking" talking towards SSA... I think you need to go back and read the whole thread. I dont think ANYONE down talked the forum directly, just the decisions made keeping 1800 woofers on there site, that is all. I read the thread. Its looks like to me people are blaming SSA for Kevins wrong doings and looking to SSA to fix it. Calling Mark and Aaron sellouts for letting him advertise on their site. There is a whole lot of shit talking towards SSA from people that are brand new here. If you had been around longer you would see what Mark/Aaron are all about as well as SSA.

Nice. You shouldn't have any trouble finding one down there. You might look in Vegas as well. I found a couple really nice low mileage ones there, that might be worth a trip. Cheap plane ticket, night at the casino and a road trip. We already got out flight booked for next month in my bday. Lol. 5 nights.
