What's the loudest single 15' sub you've heard in a daily setup?

I've never even heard of a 15 foot sub. That is a hell of a big dog. So you already have a box, but aren't sharing the box volume? That is going to make whatever gets recommended an all out fail. I wasn't asking for a recommendation on a sub i have one already! The question was what is the loudest single 15" daily setup you've heard. Stupid fricking question. Its all in the install. And you didn't ask about a 15" sub, but a 15' sub. look i was asking a general question, and if you had any sense at all you would know that was a typo. If the question is so stupid, go clog up another thread!!

electrical is a 320 amp alt, buying 2 D6500 batteries, for now amp will most likely be a AQX3500. box is tuned to 38hertz. i listen to rap, young jeezy, lil boosie

I'm building a single 15 setup, and want to get as loud as possible. It's going in a 93 Tercel, and can't find anyone that's ever built a system in a Tercel for reference.

the input voltage on this amp is .25 to 2.5 my head unit has 4 volt pre-outs. Will this cause a problem?

what size alternator will be enough for a Hifonics 2010D amp. my stock alt is only 60amps, i have already done Big3.

how does this effect a sub, because i have been looking at the Atomic Apocalypse, 90oz magnet and the AQ HDC3 360oz magnet.Wouldn't the bigger magnet be better, louder?

anyone ever use this sub? how much will it take daily? does one 15 have the ability to get loud 145db+?

I was always told to go for the highest number, but i cant tell any difference in amps with high numbers verses those with low numbers?

powering a HDC3 15 i have a Hifonics 2010D but want some headroom. Or do you think the 2010 will be enough?

I found this site while researching the effects of impedance rise. I am working on building a system and trying to learn at the same time. I am buying a HDC3 15, my box is 4.5 cubes tuned to 38 hertz, kerfed port with 74.25 inches of port. I have a Hifonics 2010D amp 1/0 gage wire (double runs). Still have a ways to go, but like i said trying to learn.

what is a good number, and what does this mean?
