Generally if it is a IWB holster you buy off the rack in a store, it sucks.
-
IWB or OWB? Good belt is numero uno.
-
Links don't work either.
-
I'm not a big fan of small of the back, to easy for problems if you get knocked over and impossible if seated in a car especially for a big guy like you. For quick holsters that are worth a damn, check out Comp-Tac's MTAC, good, and a 5? day turnaround. None of this wait 6 months for a damn holster crap. Strong side hip is easy, and for a big guy like you, you could hide a bazooka easy.

Need the Surefire 60rd mags. 300 AAC Blackout.
-
I'll take an Eagle in .44 Mag.
-
Shit, I wouldn't even having a problem with carrying a .22LR if its all that a person can shoot.
-
LOL. Awesome. My brother loves his regular XD9, and I hate to say I shoot it pretty darn well, better then the Grocks. But next pistola will be one of the Rock Island Armory 9mm 1911's. I want me some 1911 goodness, but in 9mm.
-
Buy what you can afford to shoot, she is comfortable shooting, and enjoys to shoot. It doesn't do a damn bit of good if you are afraid to shoot the ting, don't know what you are doing, and can't hit shit.
-
I wouldn't buy it... Little more money and you are in M&P territory.
-
Hose it out with brakeleen and go at it.
-
A .22 pistol. Ruger Mk III or Browning Buckmark. Yea, a .22 isn't ideal but I don't care who you shoot with .22, it does the same psychological stop as a .38.

I've been "shopping" for a while now, I just have some extra money lying around and wanted to spend it. Hide your money, take it out of your pocket and forget about it. Buying a cheap one now will only cause you to sell it for a loss and buy something better later on down the road and spending more money and aggravation while at it. Used Glock 17's use to be ~380$ on gunbroker.com and they are about as bulletproof as one could ever ask for. Buy one, buy a couple of boxes of 9mm and be done with it. You can even sell it later on down the road for the same money.
-
Its cheap, its pretty reliable, it works, and they use to be for sale lots of places online, ammo is still available. Europe used them for Decades, they are ugly, but still work. Don't expect to do squat with it cosmetics or parts upgrades wise, feed it ammo, make it go bang.
-
But for a quality gun, 400$ is about where you want to start at. Older S&W autos, Fire-Star autos, used revolvers. You are buying at the WRONG time of the decade for cheap guns, absolutely worst.
-
Find a used S&W K-Frame or similar revolver in a pawn/gun shop, shoot .38's and be happy.
-
No point in buying a Hi-Point that is sub 200$ to go spend 25$ a box on .45 ammo.
-
Sub 200$ pistola? Surplus CZ-82 in 9x18 Makarov
-
Now if I could just find 9mm for a reasonable price that'd be even better.
-
My time is worth lots though, least I like to think. Plus if you are weighing brass you are probably sorting as well. Single stage loading sucks, all there is to it. Heck, loading sucks in general. I just buy 9mm ammo now.
-
Beat me to it!Do you load rifle with a Dillon or just the pistols. I don't load hardly squat anymore. I did just pistol. If I shot lots of rifle, I'd load on a dillon in a hearbeat.
-
You can still load precision rifle rounds on Dillon stuff, Tubbs uses a modified 550 for his rounds, plus single stage sucks.
-
Tell him to buy a Dillon and be done with it.

Ryan1 nailed it. Set of forstner bits, should be a big deal.
