    Welcome to the IHoP v.2

I saw the username '[email protected]' and figured it was a spammer and opened the thread he was posting in and surprised to see it was a real person.

Get a couple gallons of white and start painting. Even painting table backers in my shop white instead of having plain plywood makes a noticeable difference in the way the things look. White paint and some T5 HO lights are your friend.

That would be a bitch to have FedEx lose/destroy lot of money in top notch french cookware.

Me too. Anchor man made me laugh quite a bit though. Nothing else did it for me. Anchor man was good, other stuff, nope.

You can carry on body armor, shouldn't be an issue with cookware.

LS engines are good engines if you take care of them. ive heard of guys on truck forums getting 200k out of them with no real issues. Most any modern gasoline engine can get 200k without any real issues. The longevity increase in gasoline engines in the last 40 years is pretty incredible.

What year was it to have only a 4spd? Dad's new GMC 2500HD has a 5spd I think.

The ability to get 64Gb microSD cards still impresses me at how far technology has come.

I have yet to wash the truck.. I really like my surface, for real productivity and portability it smokes an iPad. For what I do its great, not a replacement to a real computer but an addition.

Looks like a clone of the CZ-75. For not much more money you can just buy the real thing

You are using the plate setter on the BGE aren't you? I've just got my hate on for Ridgid after I bought that damn angle grinder.

    Welcome to the IHoP v.2

Some of the Ridgid stuff is alright, others suck. I would be tempted to buy Ridgid if I didn't have serious uses for it and lived close to the HomeDepot and didn't like top notch tools so much. I've bought a few of their corded drills, not bad for how much we use them, which is hardly ever. Mixing mortar in buckets and tensioning screw jacks is about all they get used for and they do an admirable job at those. I don't think I've ever hated a 4.5" angle grinder more than I hate my Ridgid though. It sucks, crappy ergo, terrible vibrations, shit quality. I killed the first one in less than 4hrs of grind time, the second hasn't died yet. Metabo isn't much more money but they are worlds better in every aspect. At work we run Bosch cordless drills/drivers and haven't had a problem yet. I won't branch out for the shop tools just so I can stay standardized on one battery and charger type. I run Makita, my brother picked up some Ridgid stuff for a great price ~3yrs ago and hasn't had a single problem yet. Menards should have the 11% card at the checkout lane or at the service counter as you leave.
