For low heat only, a 5 would be fine I think. I crank the baffle closed on mine but have no problem holding 215. Now for higher heat/grilling stuff I need the bigger fan for when i get lazy cleaning charcoal out.

I am going to get something and was wondering how well you like yours? I don't need internet control either. I was looking at the BGE guru wich is similar to yours. What size fan do you have? It works well, now that I have one I want internet control and would pay the extra to get it. I like it, I have the 10cfm fan I think. Internet would let grill with confidence while at work and I wish I would have payed for it.
