    Welcome to the IHoP

Can you reuse spokes? Is there anything hard about changing out a wheel either, or do I just need a spoke tool and have at it... Would it be alright if I went to a wider tire/wheel as well to make it easier on myself finding new stuff? (Going to change front and rear while I'm at it)

I remember seeing something on the mach 5 audio testbed site of someone making a recliner chair out of a 18" enclosure...

    Welcome to the IHoP

Its no problem, it ain't all that far to the garage, plus it gets me off my skinny arse. Instead of f'ing around and putting the rim on myslef and having to screw with spokes and what not, I think I'll just take it to the bike shop in manhattan and let them deal with it, hopefully they don't want to much money!

    Welcome to the IHoP

Link didn't quite work right. By traditional rear brake do you mean cantilever style or old school? Also do you have a 28, 32, or 36 spoke hub? (32 is std, but I am rough and usually upgrade to 36, if you break rims regularly it is a good idea too). Depends on your budget as well. I have had good luck with Mavics in the past. http://www.jensonusa.com/store/sub/143-Rim...ips.aspx?s=1649 What is on there now is a 36 spoke Matrix 550 wheel. The brakes are the traditional cable squeezes two brake pads agains the rim style. *pic of the bike* http://www.fisherbikes.com/images/bikes200...lls/advance.jpg

Went out and shot our Ruger Mark II pistol tonight, saw it was horribly filthy so I've spent the last 2-3hrs dissasembling, cleaning, and reassembling the thing. Not quite finished yet either, I took every single piece/spring out of it to clean it all and one tiny piece is being a pain in the ass to put back in. Then while cleaning the pistol, I hear some scratching outside, I go out to the door and see a 'coon out there which procedes to run off... Little bit later I look outside and the furry bastard is there again so I get the shotgun and by the time I get out the door with the gun and the spotlight the fella is quite aways away. I'll get that little thevin bandit one of these days.

yeah, they have the Hayne's manual or whatever it is, but it doesn't describe things all that well chit will be broke, tools will be bought, things will be cursed, tempers will flare, beer will be drank, and people will look at them funny for doing this chit in the parking lot... oh yes, they've already discovered they need some more tools and i forgot to mention that you're not supposed to do any maintenance to your car in the parking lot there so they're trying to do it somewhat clandestinely Theres nothing clandestine about pulling the clutch on a front wheel drive car...

Something I've found helpful when you don't want to f' around figuring it out is a little work with Google and finding some poor fool whose done it before and took pictures of everything with little comments to give you guidance as wtf to do.

Infinite Baffle. Basically your just using a wall to seperate the front of the speaker from the back using an Infinite amout of airspace behind the speaker. Commonly used in attics and basements. Due to the configuration, it does not take as much power to reach the speakers suspension limits, but most typical IB installs utilize multiple large diameter drivers.

You could run dual 18's for the price of the 15 almost. Dual 18's in 14 cubes sealed in a basement. Now that would be fricking awsome for a college house. IB Haven't figured out how to do IB in the rental... Just need to find a friend who can either sheet rock or repair the floor. I can do both
