Need some help getting rid of some spyware/adware crap. I clicked a link on facebook to a college humor page and now I've got these damn popups comming up all the time. There us to NEVER be popups on this computer. There is the google toolbar with popup blocker enable, up-to-date antivirus (already scanned the computer), spybot, and non of this will fix the damn problem. Ideas are greatly appreciated.

I use to be pretty heavy in computers 2-3years ago, but I said the hell with it when I just plain ole couldn't keep up with all the new stuff that was comming out. On a different note, I got 4 80gig SATA drives yesterday from my brother for free.

LOL, I guess I did spell the title wrong.... My current plan is to have basically two different bar setups, the nice liquor that is in there basically all the time that I and maybe one or two other people drink, and the stuff that is there when multiple people come over, aka, the cheap chit. Sean, with the wine I guess I will have to hit you up later with reccomendations for meals for the lady whenever that happens... Don't think twice about reccomending top shelf items Sean, I do believe in the saying "Life is to short for cheap booze". Thanks for the info!

Indeed it is, skinny white guy, glasses, loves to argue, and can hit damn near anything with a pistol *or a rifle for that matter*.

Some highschool dumbasses just drove my my house at like 15mph "bumping". NO person drives 15mph on my road, around 40mph is the absolute minimum... So here I am wondering if it'd be legal for me to take pot-shots at them, or have them come inside and listen to the Maggies to show them what music is supposed to sound like.

The DCX will do EQ, Dynamic EQ, 3-way active with 24dB L/R slopes, you can EQ each indiv channel, time delay, hook up to a computer and change everything that way, and thats about all I can think of currently. *edit* It has internal memory for 32 saved presets, a PCMCIA card slot for expandable memory if you need it, and the ability to link with multiple other DCX units as well.

I really want to upgrade preamps. What I would like to do is build my own tube one, but I have to find plans for one that I like first.

*bored* So I'll take some pics of my maggies for ya'll.

*psst* All you people who drink, check out the new thread on stocking a bar.

I'm running 512meg of ram with a slightly overclocked (a little past 2Ghz) AMD 64bit chip.... Haven't touched the thing in two years, it turned into a basically internet/music only computer so I never bothered.

The maggies have just shy of 3,000 in^2 of radiating space (front and back) and I find the size to not be a problem but also the maggies are a Completely different design than what I am thinking of so I find the only comparison I can make between the two is the size issue. What I'm not sure about is the decware design has the panel pressurized by the pole vent in the woofer and the air displacement comming off the front of the cone can radiate into open space. Due to this the way I'm looking at this is you get the standard displacement of the woofer and then the added displacement of the panel providing possibly double the air movement. I can see this as an advange for when using a subwoofer in a smaller room and what extra output without sacrificing space due to the fact that a tall thin panel dosen't take up a whole lot of room.

If you have to carry the f'ing dog, its worthless.

I see the Captain so I'm gonna ask a lifting question. If my right shoulder rotor-cuff is messed up currently (some muscles are pulling it out of wack, don't remember exactly what they told me) but I'm currently doing some therapy to fix it, should I lift? It bothers me basically all the time so should I wait till I don't have any pain to lift?

I wouldn't mind ink, just don't know what I'd get. Once I figure that out I'll get one done.
