I've had to do to much work on a '00 Grand Cherokee with a botched security system install that caused weird electrical voodoo, and driving Dad's jeep back from Des Moines, IA I hate Jeeps.

It doesn't charge through USB, charges through a separate port, to power hungry. I've run a USB bluetooth mouse, thumb drive, and memory card all off the same USB port with a little 4? port hub on my Surface RT, and do it regularly.

Use button head cap screws, looks nicer than regular SHCS I think.

That truck cab looks familiar. Think mine even has the same radio. I didn't realize you could get metal door handles though for the interior, I've broken 2 plastic ones already.
