So yea, one of the grad students at work today went to use the forklift, didn't work. Hmmm. Check the water in one of the cells, empty. 23 gallons of water later the forklift batteries are full (yes, we used distilled).

Growing old is mandatory, growing up is optional.

Eh, I'm looking at those, but actually I want something bigger. I might build two pairs, see what I can get out of 1-3" drivers and then out of 6-8" drivers. I need an excuse to build something

Pssst Adrian: A boat might work, but keep in mind I'm ~2,500mi away from any kind of boat dock to go over there.

Since I'm growing to hate drinking really cheap beer and I don't have a whole lot of money to be throwing at booze....

At the current rate of my consumption I need to just brew my own. If I keep this rate up its looking at above 20 beers a week, not counting excess drinking on weekends. I've got a friend here that is brewing his own and from what I've had of his its not to bad at all.

what ya drinking? Leinenhugel's Red Lager Leinenkugel eh? Having some cheese and bratwurst with it? Naaa, don't have any brats. Its not bad at all, I think so far I like that triple stout the best out of stuff I've had though.

Ahhh... I don't have room for them as a dedicated music setup. If we can talk our landlord into remodeling the upstairs of our house like we/he wants I will have them in my room as a dedicated music setup. But until then I take what I can.

Maggies for HT? If I have time I love to just sit down there and listen to music, but alas... Actually, I don't have a problem with maggies for HT, don't have near the the 'qualities' as some others for HT but I really like them. I'm actually looking into replacing the Maggies here in the house, and using them at home for Mom and Dad since they really like them.

Don't take that the wrong way, but my BIB's are huge, massive, unruly, and need a house.

I definately don't, but taking from Neon's topic I would say I have as much room, if not, more than him, I definately don't know much about BIB. I saw a small foot print and 8 foot ceilings in a moderately sized room and it seems pretty fitting to me Forgive me for this... Bwahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha *breathe* Bwahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha Sorry, but I just had to giggle. My BIB's are built on a 12" PA driver, they are over 6' tall, 22" wide, 30" deep, and weigh 150-200lbs a piece. Pain inducing levels with about 100 watts, completely stupid levels are reached with under 300watts.

I know, I know, I know. My computer HD is on the way out so I haven't bothered to really download a whole lot of it. I need to pick up some SATA cables and use these 80 gig drives I've had sitting on my desk all semester. The more the semester progresses the more I just use my headphones for almost all my music listening. The maggies are used for HT basically, the BIB's are sitting in the corner virtually unused, my MTM's are at home, my 3" quarter wave computer speakers I love but don't really use all that often really. chit, I've got a lot of different setups.
