I enjoy it a hell of a lot more if I can see it in the first place and put my hands on it. And for being a EE I don't know shit about circuits and can't say its the most enjoyable thing ever. I really don't want to change majors 3yrs into engineering again either. I'm planning on finishing the EE degree with power systems (easiest and sounds most enjoyable) and work in the shop for 5-10yrs and get my own custom business up off the ground.

One of the guys here just picked one up and wants a different radio in it, haven't looked at it yet but I told him it wouldn't be a problem, its already got a aftermarket in it and its just crapping out on him.

Anyone know how to take the dash apart in a '00? Silverado to replace the radio? I've never done it in that style of truck before, done all the earlier ones but not the late model ones.

His daughter in law had a heart attack monday and they weren't sure if she was going to make it. I have a feeling it is about that, and that I may get control of the shop sooner than I though. OMG yes I love that truck. Have had some videos of it saved on my comp for a couple years now. I'd love to do that one day, but realistically for now the most I'll probably see is a SC Drop the 6.0L in your truck, that engine is badass.
