Two fixtures I just built at work for a test that we are doing. 3/8" on the sides, 1" on the top and bottom plates.

Exactly, and the cure is to not worry about them but the others which have nothing to do with possession and all to do with use. In-fricking-deed. But, but, but Guns are scawwwry, and people legally carrying, that pass background checks, etc, they are evvviiiillll......

Its still illegal to be intoxicated and carry, it doesn't mean someone is going to strap up and then go try to pick a fight in a bar. But now someone who carries can do so going to lunch in a place that serves alcohol and not have to leave the gun in the car/whatever or carry anyway. Is it still illegal to carry in places where liquor sales make up more than 50? percent profit though? Some states it is flat out illegal to carry anywhere that has a license to sell alcohol, doesn't matter the time of day. I didn't know about it being illegal to be intoxicated and carry. makes sense, I've just not been exposed to it. And you have to realize that not everybody is as good and disciplined with their concealed carry as you. Definitely not all gun owners are, but the good majority, if not almost all of people who legally carry are. I don't know the numbers off the top of my head but the number of people who have their permit pulled for abusing it is in the fractions of a percent. There is also zero credible research linking law abiding citizens carrying and more crime.

It doesn't get in the way for me and I'm running a 19" widescreen. Haven't noticed it in the way on my laptop though either.

I need to do an oil change in the Cadillac in the next month too. That involves a case of oil and a filter, 7.5 qts to refill it, and it will leak/use the rest of the case by the time its ready to change again.

Unfortunately no, we don't do much of anything with pipe other than conduit. I don't know of one at any of the other shops that I could use either.

Thinking I might throw some deadening on the rear deck lid of the Cadillac tonight. Take a look at that again and see if I want to put the Mag up on that or not. I've got a matching amp that would work great for it from the amps I bought from Ryan1.

You want a D2 Mag? I've still got my new D2 mag sitting unused. Have yet to decide if I'm going to put it in the Cadillac. V3 or V4? V4. It has been out of the package once to make sure it lived through shipping.

Why don't people learn to use a tape measure and double check everything before they tell me what they want built. But the I should have known better and checked myself so I would not have to go and shorten a load fixture that is already partially built.
