We got done with roofing at 6:30, and then the owners had us stay for food, beer, and bs'ing. They had been drinking since about noon, bunch of ~40yr old folks drunk, it was pretty damn funny.

Got two aluminum brackets made, the grill should be fixed up in short order. Time to make, 20 minutes total. Not bad for a easy grill fix.

If you attach a small mass to a rubber band it is very easy to get it into a nasty resonance. Quite true.
