Doesn't cooking kill the germs?

One of the things I want besides real knives is a center island cutting table, but that'll have to wait.

Diesel is controlled by fuel only, not throttle valves. Was working with a new diesel engine at school and the "throttle valve" was their ONLY to reduce shudder when the engine is turned off. just my guess Really? I did not know this. I don't know too much about diesels anyways, but I thought I knew the basics. Its why it is so easy to get more power out of a Diesel, just dump more fuel in it.

The typical digital thermometer are fairly inaccurate and need to be calibrated every so often, I love/prefer thermocouples. Thermocouples are nice. Do they make controllers that have a meat probe, grill temp probe, and air temp probe so it can run it through an algorithm, give estimated cook time, and notify you when it has reached your desired temp?

I would actually give Caterpillar a call, I'm assuming that you are doing this for your grad class/research and see if they have anything that can do such things.

I was going to say that is ok because your cars are bad ass. Then I remembered you still have the truck, got rid of the M, and don't have the MB yet.

I think one of the larger reasons is that it is ugly as hell and no one is going to pay extra to save just a little bit of fuel and have an uglier vehicle. With the exception of truckers.

My Uncle actually did that. Built his house nearly inside out. ALL of the lumber supporting the house is exposed, but it is also all finished. Not exactly the cheap way to build. That would be pretty damn sweet actually.

I have no idea as to their acutal use in cooking, other than they look cool as shit in an island.
