I've given in, I'll buy one. Let me see if I can dig up some thermocouple stuff before I buy it to see what I need though.

My checkbook hates you.

Must. Not. Buy. So. Tempting.

Drill a hole and put a bolt through it... -
Then again, I wouldn't have my BGE if I didn't have multiple jobs.
-
F' multiple jobs and working evenings. I wish I had every evening open so I could go home, drink beer, and play with my BGE and cook things.

Broken case on 250XP. New Design in the works?

Sounds like you should at least do a tune up on it, things like plugs/wires. -
I think when I did it it was ~80 bucks for their largest enclosed trailer, but never rented one for a car before. The local rental place that does trailers here is 40$ for the first 4 hrs.

Excellent article by Scott Adams, creator of Dilbert, about how to get a good education. http://online.wsj.com/article_email/SB10001424052748704101604576247143383496656-lMyQjAxMTAxMDEwNTExNDUyWj.html

Metric is more better ! We have machines that have both metric and sae in them. Funny wtching guys round bolt heads because they know more than me. Checking bolt heads is always an easy way to get an idea.

Yep, I've heard very good things about the M&P 45. One of the best .45's out there. Good shit. Looking forward to carrying it. Now just to find a good consealed holster for it. J Lots of people make good holsters, Raven, Comp-Tac, Atomic Dog, Desbiens Gun Leather, etc, etc

I love this motto! It is so fitting! I am in the same boat. We always get the corporate guys who know nothing, but get a little bit of knowledge and think they know everything. My boss just had some HVAC training a couple weeks ago and came though on our HVAC startups. All but one of my stores has water cooled condensers and my boss kept asking us where the condensing coils were. We tried and tried to explain it to him, but he just couldn't understand. His boss is even worse. He's always walking the stores and pointing things out that are wrong. His main pet peeve is missing covers on door closers. I've told him you can not order a cover, you have to buy the whole closer and he still tells me just to order a cover. I explain again, and he tells me he doesn't care that I can NOT order just the cover, but I must FIND a way to order just the cover. These guys just live in their own worlds. Tell him a cover is the same price as a new unit.

Can't even find one local. Have to wait till I go to Wichita or KC sometime.

I am going to go and make one right now. A real grinder and one of these and you can have killer ones in your office. http://mypressi.com/ Whoa. Way cool. And they work REALLY well. The milk portion is a joke, but if its just for Americanos a hot pot, a real grinder, and a ton of charges and you are set. You sure do a damn good job of spending my money
