Nice looking man cave. It needs a pool table right there in the middle.

I leave my work computer on all the time, and my laptop at home just gets the lid shut whenever I'm done with it.

But it has the illusion of sophistication, idiots love that stuff. Who am I kidding, I don't get it.

The only good thing I know of them is they are not an anti firearm business. Other than that, I can't remember the last time I gave them money. If I choose a chain, its a Caribou joint or the local coffee shop.

Ugh, we have a training going on down here this week so I walked down to the food room to grab some coffee. Terrible coffee. I don't know who butchered it today, but it was bad. It also had the nice logo 'We proudly brew Starbucks'. Yuck.

The Egg exterior probably gets around 170* full tilt I'm going to guess? I can put my hand on it, it won't burn but I sure as heck don't keep it there very long. My biggest problem is forgetting to burp it as high temps, I've lost hair on my hands to that one as well as having melted parts of my gasket by putting a stone to close to the sidewall. In addition to cooking I've also done heat shrink fits on a Ford 8n ring gear onto the flywheel on my egg.

My egg and stand, think the first day I got it due to how clean the plate setter is. Ceder with a slate tile top.

I think I paid around $650 for my egg with plate setter and charcoal, figure another $120 in materials for my stand, and another $270 on the controller that I added.

Oh yea, I need to get those pictures for you don't I. Once I got the damper closed down some it holds just about dead nuts on desired temp, cooked some chicken with it last night.

Why strange? It's great on the egg. Either direct on the grates (requires a bit more heat control) or on a big ole stone. I use a piece of slate from the landscaping section at home depot AND the deflector thingee from BGE. I have control on my egg... Tell me more about cooking pizza on the grates.

My crimping tool is a set of Klein pliers, I think the strippers are blue handled.

    Welcome to the IHoP

A few years ago I bought some cheapo wire strippers from them, and I've used them quite a bit over the years and I'm thoroughly impressed for the price.

I spent a summer (on/off) in no electricity / no running water conditions, can't say it was bad, I got TONS of rest As long as I had something to do hunt, fish, etc I wouldn't care about electricity.. Running water.. maybe. It'd take a bit of adjusting for me, but I'd prefer running water over electricity, but give me a couple of guns, reloading equipment, place to shoot, woman to have fun with and I'd be pretty much set.
