  1. I'm going to go check that out and see if that's the case.
  2. I've been meaning to ask anyone on here if they can help me out with a noise problem with my speakers... It doesn't matter what speakers are hooked up to my amp, they start thumping rapidly when I have the engine off in my car and the key is in accessory. I turn up the volume from my head unit just to get some bass going and then when I reach a certain volume my speakers start thumping rapidly and it's not the music that's bumping because I'll play a slow song and then when I turn up the volume at a certain level where my speakers don't like it, they go crazy. When I'm driving around and play my music at that certain volume it's fine. It's only when the engine is off. I checked the polarity for all 4 speakers and they're fine. I checked the grounding and that's fine. I checked for any wire shortage and everything fine. Just throwing those basic problems out there before anyone says to check. Maybe someone on here knows what is up with my thumping problem...
  3. I was planning on buying some Fusion comp's but I decided to go with Infinity REF6020CS for $60 Shipped. My question is just to make sure these were a good choice for comp's? Any feedback is appreciated, thanks. _George

    Fusion Component speakers????

Well I ended up with the alpine sps-600c component speakers for $70 shipped because I did test them out earlier in the day at best buy. Of course best buy overcharges $133.99 but a reputable seller on ebay had them buy it now, new, free shipping $69.99 I did realize that these particular component speakers have the crossover's built in instead of having a separate crossover box. I want to know from anyone on here if that's a good thing to have the crossover built in? I'm not familiar with that as I've always seen component's with a crossover box. Please fill me in before it's too late because I can return them and I hope I made the right choice on these Alpine's???
  5. Hi everyone, I am new to here and I am looking to purchase a pair of component speakers 6.5 from Fusion and was hoping anyone on here had knowledge about Fusion and their component speaker line. I don't want to spend too much because my budget is tight but around the $80 range. I've seen 2 different models that I am interested in and have seen them on ebay for my price range but I need to know if Fusion is good quality sound on component speakers. I have 2-12" sub's from Fusion that pound pretty good that I've had for years Model# EN-SW12ES and I went with them from word of mouth on another car audio forum (that doesn't exist anymore) because they were in my price range and they were great for a low price. I want to know if Fusion is also good with component speakers. Here are the 3 models that I'm interested in and hopefully anyone on here can give me advice on them or if there is another brand that is in the same price range and quality, BUT I prefer to hear about Fusion, Thanks. _ George Fusion RE-CM650 ebay price $73.95 http://www.fusionelectronics.com/north-and-south-america/car-audio-1/speakers-5/recm650-36-product.aspx#addninfo Fusion PP-CM650 ebay price $72.95 http://www.fusionelectronics.com/north-and-south-america/car-audio-1/speakers-5/ppcm650-49-product.aspx I have provided the price and homepage for each model. Any advice is helpful and I have 2 amps, 1 for the subs and the other amp to power speakers and I can't remember the wattage BUT they can handle up to 120 watts RMS per speaker just to make things clear.

Well I have listed the price they go for on ebay not the MSRP price they have listed on their official site. If you mean that price.
