lookin good, i have the same body style tahoe. tuned in to see how that double din hu looks in the dash , i was told it wouldnt work, but i see differently now not to mention whatever else you do with this thing. I have an 08 Grand prix sitting in my driveway right now.. traded my truck with a friend for a week.. 4 15's in that trunk is crazy talk. Get a SUV or pick a different setup. Maybe build a wall or something.

that raptor looks like alot of jacket and not much wire.. thats the stuff I was curious about. Sure enough its about as i expected size wise. Im sure performance wont be that great either. Fosgate, tsumani and the knu wires seem to look healthy. lookin good so far! keep it commin. Assuming were all picture whores as i am, can we get a comparison picture with the fosgate, tsumani, both Knu's and the stinger? Maybe another with some of the smaller ones also?

The sub doesnt care. If the amp is 1 ohm stable the sub will follow along. Just choose the right coil's to get them down to a 1 ohm load.

i believe re-cones arent a priority for them. its something they do like once a week. Im sure Nick will find his way in here to give you an official answer, sounds like you just might be waiting a little bit longer is all.

I under power my BTL and have no complaints what so ever. Think of it as room to grow if you go with the BTL. Sure it will sound badass with 1200 watts but you could always upgrade to more power later if you want.

that AQ amp will be just fine, i power my BTL with a saz1500 even though its rated for 2000rms.. not a problem what so ever. You dont HAVE to run 3000watts.. especially if your asking these kinds of questions its probably better that you dont at this time. start a little slower maybe.

ive never tried converting my music over for better quality. I use an ipod cause cd's skip also, but the other day I did pop a CD in and noticed it was alot cleaner sounding than the majority of the music on my ipod. something i should probably look into

Dimensions: 12"x6.5"x8.2" for the HC2000 HC2000 12 inches wide..I would say 8.2" tall because its taller than it is deep, and 6.5" deep.

Double check the size on the HC2000 before you stuff it under your hood (if thats where you plan to put it). I was BARELY able to fit my hc2000 under the hood in my 97 tahoe. There decent sized battery's. Personally i was in the same boat not too long ago with my s10..1500 watt amp + highs amp, big 3, stock battery, all 1/0 and what I did was add a gel cell to the rear leaving my stock up front battery. My voltage drop for the most part was gone. Other's may tell you to start with the under the hood battery which probably isnt a bad idea either. Guess its up to you. I would for sure go with a new battery though.

what in the hell did they cut that shit with? lol... everytime ive been there and had them make cuts for me it was with a panel saw.. usually got at least straight lines, but they do always tell you that they arent perfect, so you got to know that going into it. I would just use extra glue and caulk the hell out of the inside of that part.

i bought a dual 4 ohm sa12 cause i knew i was going to want a 2nd one later, once i get the 2nd one that audiopipe @ 1 ohm will do them just fine im sure.
