Hey everyone. I am not sure what the policies are with box designs are here so i thought i would ask. If I asked for a design on the forum and someone does give me one do i pay them or what?? this is just a picture of the box. Like the dimensions of the pieces of wood. Dont mean to be a thread robber but my h/u is 2.5 volts. i was tuning my amp and when i put the pre out on the amp to 9 volts my subs hit harder ( i dont keep it there its set at 2.5 now. was just experimenting) than when it is set at the recommended 2.5. could this possibly screw my equipment up? ( I believe i know the answer just interested in you all's professional thoughts) Thanks, Matt Cusack

i have a 1999 mazda b2500 pickup. i am about to install a big three upgrade and was inquiring on a ballpark figure of how much wire to buy. I was thinking around 8 feet or so but how much wire did you guys use?? Thanks, Matt Cusack

The best way to tell is get some measuring tape or better yet some string and that will give an accurate amount or close to. Thats what I did good deal. Thanks Matt Cusack

i have a bxi2610 d hooked up to 2 fi ssd's (800 rms) it seems like way overkill but they take it like a champ considering it probabley pushes around 2200-2300 if that . depending on electrical. you do get what you pay. no problems to complain of as of yet

i have a 350 A anl fuse less than a foot from my battery. i have noticed in alot of build logs peole have them alot closer to their subs. did i do something wrong or do they have 2 fuses?? Thank you Matt Cusack

ok my amplifier has no internal fusing and is around 2000 watts (i dont know how accurate hifonics amp ratings are) so do i need an 2nd fuse near the amp??

ive seen people around here with them. where did you get yours and could you estimate a price? i have found some for $370 and $380. just wondering if there were any cheapers ones out there withought sacrificing quality. Thank you, Matt Cusack

Just cause you cant get it right away doesnt mean you shouldnt get it, save up your money to do it right the first time or keep wasting money of things that will work for so long or cause you other problems and more money at the end of the day. haha i guess i put it the wrong way i dont need to spend that much on a 350 A when a 250A wil suit me just fine. and yes i have no problem waiting if it means getting great quality. i have 2 fi ssd 10's and was wondering what speaker size the terminals are? or what could i fit/need in them? and also i have some scrap 8 AWG power wire laying around could i use this as speaker wire?? noob question i know but i figure you guys know better than anyone. Thanks Matt Cusack
