I got a lump of coal.

Congrats!

Wow, you got extra lucky. I wouldn't think they'd honor a price mistake like that.

I've always liked the older bimmers. The m5 (newer one) is my current dream car. Don't forget the engine pics!

I don't know if I am seeing things, but do the first picture and the 4th or so picture sparkle and move for anyone else?
-
Very clean car. How much is all of that going to cost you? Are you doing the log in this thread?

I never used one but a friend and I made a 10 hour trip to Dallas from Nashville and the entire time on the highway he did 80-85, his detector would go off, he'd slow down, pass cop on the side of the road, and get back up to 80ish. Saved us a lot of time and I am looking for a valentine 1 for my scion now.

That'll be a female dog to drive at night, especially in low lit areas. Is that not illegal?

You will be very pleased with a sealed box. I had my 15" mag in a 2.7 cube box and it soudned incredible in my scion TC.

Upfiring 15" Subwoofer in a hatcback

Got the sub today! Everything is wired up. Box is 80% complete. Will be thumping tommorow! I can't wait. I went with a 2.6net cubes sealed box made of 3/4 MDF. Screws, wood glue, and silicon caulk for added sealing. -

I got the box size from the stereo integrity website. http://www.stereointegrity.com/Magnum15.html So 3 cubes, sub cone facing up, and ports facin up as well would be great for the hatchback TC? -

But what does 3dB equate to? Is it a very noticeable difference? -
I own a 2006 Scion TC which is a hatchback as the trunk is not sealed off at all, it's just behind the rear seats. Now, I ordered a stereo integrity 15" Mag that needs around 3.0 cubes for sealed, and 3.5 for ported according to stereo integrity. The sub will be powered by a directed audio 1100.d which puts out about 1200wRMS at 1ohm. The only real way I could pull this off and still have trunk space is by having the speaker fire upwards, into the top of the hatch glass. How would this sound in my car compared to the same sub firing towards the driver's seat or the rear of the trunk? Also, in real world terms, how much louder is a ported enclosure tuned properly going to be when compared to a sealed enclsosure.
