    Welcome to the IHoP v.2

Listen to my man Matt. He is steering you in the right direction. The gabapentin is the go to for anyone I have ever known with RLS.

I lost another good friend this week. Nothing like a bunch of death to remind one of the brevity of life.

The spring chickens started laying eggs quick this year. I’m getting 5 eggs a day. Cracked 3 double yoked ones in a row the other day.

If you only plan on using it a few time a year, it shouldn’t need service for years. I have a Poulan I found in the middle of the road about 15 years ago, and has never needed service. lol Crazy to see that a used 026 still go’s for $300... the price of a new one from any other company you listed.

Have you had any steroid shots done? Seemed to help the W with hers. For a few months at a time at least.

I’m imagine the Olathe is the same lineage as the Silver Queen. Just bred to grow at higher altitudes. Is very light colored, almost white. This years came out extra soft with very little starch. So sweet and yummy!

Looks to be similar to the Olathe sweet corn we grow.

Optimistically next spring. I have a few other friends that way I planned to work on also, so will make the trip worthwhile. Plus is the only corner of the country I’ve yet to wander!

Tat’toos are definitely not everyone. Honestly I’m amazed at their popularity, that people put so much value upon them. Not to mention is as casual as getting a haircut to most people.

This one could handle some serious length too with an extension attached!

IIRC was the Rancher models that I didn't care for. The Xp's were screamers like the Stihl. We had a Timber King 2500 with a 36" throat for the milling you speak of. lol

Shannon passing has been a hard one to swallow. He was such a caring guy and way to young. I will miss our long talks about audio and life. Didn't realize this would be the last time we talked. He will be greatly missed.

I remember hating the way some of the newer Husky models ran. They just felt restricted for their size. I assume those are the ones that have the shit Matt is talking about.

I assume your chief complaint with the Poulan (other than power) is its finicky. That it’s a bitch to start once heated and won’t stay running. When doing log work my personal saw was the Stihl 046. While a beast, it’s overkill for a homeowner doing yard work. The company had a grip of different Husqvarna models that I used from time to time. The 395xp with a 36” bar was great for huge cross cuts, but never touched it otherwise. They had a bunch of the smaller 16” models that I used in the field. They definitely stayed running better than any Pouplar variant I used. With all that said I used a corded Makita 16” for any of my daily small work. Worked like a champ and lasted years. Never had to fuck with keeping it running. Was great working indoors also.
