You know they do vag reduction surgeries now a days, you could get some of that roast beef trimed off.

So run the car with system on and open the hood and visually confirm the fan is turning on when the temp rises.

The box and subs are going to be an eye catcher, Your attention to details is KILLER!! Looking forward to seeing the amp rack installed!!

I think Rudy is thinking the same thing as me. Your cars electrical system can't feed the electric fan enough amps to sufficantly cool the car, with the amplifier on and the car sitting still(no air flow). Upgrading your electrical sounds like a good start.
