Being the wifey is doing summer classes for her college the next foreseeable vacation will probably be October.

What an eventful day already. Dogs got in a fight and one has a 2 inch hole ripped in her neck. Is in surgery at the minute. C'est la vie

Talk about no rest for the wicked. The projects never end. Tattoo'ed the wifey yesterday so I didn't have to do it on my day off. Today is my Saturday and I have the new LG microwave I got the wifey for mothers day to install. Will match the LG French door fridge I got her for her b-day last month. Finally get to hook up the daughters sub that I ran the wires for 4 months ago. Sadly not the DCON, (fucking ex's) but a MTX in a Q-logic bandpass box. Finally sold the door pods so gotta ship them. Have the last third of my flagstone patio to finish. Already listed a ton of shit on CL this morning. Need to reinstall the wood on the boat I refinish over the winter, and install a new deck. Replace a light switch in my kids living room. Dump run. Etc, etc, etc

I love me some Goodwill and Savers. I own a mountain of Lucky's that I paid pennies on the dollar for. At that price I can wear them for work jeans.

This is my build log for my 1999 Honda Accord. I will be changing out most the equipment I put in a year ago. The system installed now sounds good , But not at the decibel levels I want. So this time around I will be spending alot more on higher end eqipment to do it "better" this time so I am happy when done. So these are my goals: Basically better sounding at high volumes Higher efficiency speakers and subwoofer Block outside noises and inside rattles True low end freq repoduction (type-r doesn't hit the very bottom end) better mid-bass (maybe a 3-way) Better sounding mid-ranges and tweeters I must still have a SPARE TIRE Must still have some useable space left in trunk Heres the car

I am using Chrome now but am still getting error pages. Is there any settings on Chrome that might benefit the memory error? Is frustrating as I can't participate is the conversation when I can't view more than the current HOP page.

My W is doing most of her college courses online so will have to make sure I can clear it without fucking her up. Come to think of it thats probably why I am having the issues to begin with as she is hogging all the memory.

I am sure its something on my end but no computer savvy enough to figure it out. How do I clean browser data?

I registered on Vintage-Mustang.com forum. I might be spending my spare time over there for a while. Getting the error page every other page I try to visit here is driving me nucking futts.

WTB Alpine Type-r SPR-17s 6.5" Midbass/woofer. Only need one, let
j-roadtatts posted a topic in For Sale/Wanted
I am looking for a Alpine SPR-17s 6.5" mid/woofer. Only need one but will buy a set or the whole comp set if the price is right. I installed this setup in a friends truck and one of the mid's died. Would like to find a woofer that someone might have laying around so I won't have to change out the whole setup. Figured it doesn't hurt to ask and see if one of you guys happen to have one laying around. Let me know what you got and how much. Thanks -
I can not veiw the how-to thread at this time due to the error page that I keep getting on most pages. I give up for the day. I will wait until the site is 100% repopulated out. Then start a new thread and have this one deleted.

I loaded the images to a gallery and then used the media uploader. I know I didn't do it right but can't remember the right way bc it's been so long and the site options have changed. Any pointers and I will reload them correctly.

Was intended for my daughters ride for her 16th b-day, BUT got vetoed by the ex due to size. SO I am hooking it up in my friends Jeep today! Did I load the pics right? they show small on my screen?

Speaking of Mustangs I finally got my 1964 1/2 home!! And finally in my garage!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The stock 289... hopped up of course. And already collecting parts. I have lots of plans for this beauty.

I would hook it at the battery. The alt will have too much demand if you hook it right at the alt. It is best to feed from the reserve of the battery, and allow the ECU to make it's calculations based on the battery readings. In many cases there are inductive probes inline on the feed wires from the battery to the alt. So it is best to avoid linking downstream of the battery. But he is doing the big 3 so I can't see any difference if connected to either. I thought the same thing with the big three.

Should be sweet for cutting and routering MDF too!

Thanks Seth. The run of wire I had was only long enough to reach from the alt to the amp. I guess I'll have to splice and add a few feet. I have wired the power for the fuse box directly to the alt with aftermarket wiring harnesses (painless wiring) as the directions called for it.But was on non computerized vehicles. Makes sence with the ECU. My Honda ECU shuts the alt off at the strangest times... Usually right after a burp?

My new project is a '65 Mustang coupe! I would post a pic but haven't got it home yet. Been working on clearing a spot in the garage which requires finishing a bunch of other projects.

Fuck it, I am hooking to the amped sub signal for the epicenter. Epicenter has right and left in so will just hook factory duel 2 ohm to both channels. Found the power, ground and remote at the factory amp so good there. Time to run some wire and mount some equipment!!
