Everyone says that about the constipation but I have never experienced that. even taking 10+ pills a day. I drink between 64-128 oz water most days though so that might be it.

The disc that is fucked is a super dull pain. Is weak core strength that is causing the searing pain in an upper joint.

Lost 25 lbs in the last 3 months just switching to eating 1/2 meal every 4 hrs instead of 2500-3500 cal at 10pm.

I can't take any opiates after 4 or so in the afternoon if I want to sleek before 2am. I only sleep 4-6 hrs anyways.

Last time I was using 3 day Fentanyl patches I couldn't sleep to save my life. Was as bad as meth.

I have an iron stomach. I eat enough Meds to kill a horse some days just to get out of bed.

Use to love the JVC tape decks as they had high sound to noise ratio. About as high as you could get in a tape deck. Around 95 iirc.

They do the shot under an X-ray machine. If or when it works they will know what needs fixed. I am already pushing myself to hard just on pain pills.

Sounds like a plan til I can get Zed Levithan or an old Rockford Fosgate 800×2. The Levithan is awesome! I have been drooling on one for a few years now. Would buy one of every model just to stash away.

My MRI said that I need to do some physical therapy and have a herniated disc. Will be trying to Steroid shot to see if that helps.
