Good to hear Rick! I towed two vehicles in the last month. Not my car's. Anyways the mech I towed them to told my friend both were dead by just cranking the key. I laughed when dude said there's no compression, so its dead. One of them I would say is most likely just a timing belt. Amazes me how f'ing lazy some mechanics are. I grew up in my dad's heavy equipment repair shop, and he had a huge sign that read "pride in workmanship".

The W has made a few batches of tamales too. She is pretty good at it for not being Latino.

Another familly down the street makes tamales too. They put a wedge of carrot and potato in them. OH so yummy!!

Bought 4 dozen homemade tamales the other day!! My friend and her mom ran out of husks so they cooked them in foil. These things are like twice as long as a regular tamale, and oh so tasty!!

Wifey loved the milk fat from clarifying the butter so much on her popcorn she is begging me to make more.

Made some wicked good cheddar soup last night. The wife loved it so much I had to write down my recipe. I used Worcestershire sauce instead of beer.

The local market is back to stocking the monster King Crab!!!!! I stocked up will the getting was good!

Was sunny the rest of the day after the snow stopped. Not that I was outside much but did have to kick on the AC at work.

I SO need to by pass the protect in the Alpine. Is driving me crazy. I can literally turn the volume one click and it shuts off, back one click and turns on. That and find an old school RF 800a2. The Leviathan would be sweet too!!!!!

It is snowing currently here. Will most likely be sunny later. Altitude is a big factor here. There is still snow any higher than where I live.

We get 4 seasons in one day here. Has even snowed in July. We still have about 4 inches of hard shit here. Need sun and temps above 20 to get rid of it. I had like 3 feet in my yard a week ago. Rained a few days and all but melted.
