Thats what I have right now, a 40x36x14 with one bl. i can rebuild to use max space 40x40x15. Ive blown both 18s and rebuild one and have one just sitting in the corner asking to be rebuilt. Id like to do the 2 18s in the that 40x40x15 box ported , but that would be about 3.66^2 ft. Right now with one im at 6.5x with one. Will the two in the slightly smaller per sub box be more out put then the larger per sub box with just one?

Like the title says can i put a bl in a sealed box. I know it recommends a ported box but why cant i put it in a sealed box? thanks ps. I already have them before when I had space for a nice size ported box.

Ok in 2007 i bought 2 fully loaded 18bls. and had them in my 95 deville. but now i have a 03 and the trunk is a little smaller. right i just have one in with a 6. 75 ft3 box tuned to 32hz. well my other one is just sitting in my room wanting to be build. Ive blown both of them but reconed one couple months ago. but i want to put both in my 03 .the max size in my trunk is 41x40x15. if i keep it at 32 hz the ft3 will be 7.55, i know many will say that would be way small for 2 18s but i already got might as well just make a new box and put it in. My question is would both of my 18s at 7.55 ft3 be louder then just one at 6.75 ft3?

bought 2 BLs last year and they finally blew out, last night i ordered a recone kit for them, but i was curious is it possible to use a BTL con on the BL to handle more power??
