we can't hand admin rights out to any users. This is way to much power, and could be abused. Also you'd have the rights to delete the entire forum, that woudn't be good for any sites. Only admins on any site should be the owners/care takers. super moderator rights on the other hand, thats a totally diff thing. Super mods can do a wide variety of things on a forum, including banning -
