Ok here's the update, Godsmack and his buddy Cheech drove up here today and we enlarged the holes in the box 1/8" and the subs dropped right in, while he was here thought it would be a good time to finish this bad boy. The following was what we got done today. (Pretty much all of it)

x5 on the ICONs. They have great output and great SQ. Can't go wrong with them. Fi SSD is also another great sub, Havoc might be above your budget though by a hair.

I think he's saying the ICON is very efficient with a range of power from 500wRMS-1200wRMS. Very versatile driver.

they all would be a great choice IMO ICON will drop lllooooow in a 32hz tuned box and will not let you down in the lows department. Good luck with your choice.

great to see you got it safe and sound.. also you must have the very first ICON with the new dust cap. Simple SSA logo, and in white. Looks good. We'll adjust the websites pics as soon as I get my new subs in this coming week. Can't wait for your opinion of them.

The master distributor we buy from is such a big client of Pioneer, that they will honor the manufactorer warranty. Hope that helps in your next decision.
