This box is a rebuild due to his last box apparently never being built correctly. A 15yr old guy on ca.com that seems to do decent work built his last box, but it was rattling from day one and Ben thought it was the sub, and I, telling him the whole time it sounded like either his hatch or the box. Either way, the top plate of the box seperated from the enclosure walls and really rattled, making this setup un-playable. So we decided to build him a new one. Ernie started this box yesterday and we finished it up today. old box. new box. we'll have to get some video's of this thing now. It flexs everything in his car, digs down nice and low and distorts my voice even. I love it! Can't imagine how loud John's XCON 12 is in his TC with the 3KD on it. I'll get to hear it in a few weeks when he gets home though.

After 5 years of work the Warden is finally here! The newly coming Warden is the next generation of all out SPL monsters – forget everything you’ve seen until this point. The Warden is the first True SPL subwoofer on the market that boost a steel top plate for maximum transfer of magnetic flux from the neodymium magnets to the gap which in turn equals more magnetic force to drive the cone to Extreme SPL levels. These six neodymium magnets act as one through one common top plate. Other subwoofers on the market have an aluminum top plate, which keeps the columns separated; this causes each column to independently transfer magnetic flux. This results in less SPL because the spaces between the columns do not transfer flux. For example if the Warden is say 500 horsepower in the gap, that power is constant, as the transfer of flux surrounds the coil and pushes and pulls on it with one authority. If the other unit was 500 horsepower too it would only be constant in the locations where the columns are located, the space between the two would be zero force, and the end result is less SPL. The Warden has been lurking in the shadows for years, the rumors and myths that surround this driver have been circulating the internet for what seems like ages, but it’s finally here and we consider this to be our proudest accomplishment to date. -Dual .7 and Dual 1.4 Standard or Other Custom Options Available -Black Cast Basket -3" 8 layer FlatAluminum Voice Coil -Black Progressive Spiders with Woven Tinsels - Suspension Options Available -Non-pressed Kraft Fiber Reinforced Cone Double Layer Foam Surround -130 Oz Neo Column Magnets with Black Finish -Interlocking Aluminum Spider Spacer Assemble -CILD - Center Interlocking Dustcap Design for Easy Field Recones -ADC - Air Driven Cooling - Six Column Vents for Max Motor Cooling -Silver Push Terminals -Wrap Around Rubber Gasket -2500 Watt RMS Rated SHOP LINK

update: I picked up two of these monitors today for a steal online for $157/ea. So these combined with my 21" Samsungs I should be able to go out and buy a few nice video cards and have quad monitor set up finally! Which was the whole objective with building a new computer. I'm super physched! 23.3" Samsung Widescreens w/ 2048 x 1152 resolution -
Here's a sneak peak at whats to come. Our goals with this sub is to have a great sounded sub that can handle gobbs of power. I have a fresh Sundown 1500D waiting for this sub and a brand new text box, 2.5ft^3 @ 32hz w/43in^2 of port. Hopefully I get some time to take a short vid of the crazy amount of xmax this thing has. Denim can fill in the rest if he so chooses too, anyways, on to the pics.
