does the tracking say "in transit" or "billing information recieved" if it says in transit then you are in business in transit means it's probably still being built or on the way to UPS. **just my guess's here.

Just got done building some pretty extensive forms for the rides page on SSA. You can now do all of this through a link. SUBMIT YOUR RIDE Simply fill out and hit submit to get your ride page added to the SSA site. Enjoy

best bet is to submit it through the same form and just give instructions in the message box.
