Kicking it's ass.. ha ha.. JK! We teat every amp released to make sure we win a head to head. This has been standard practice that goes all the way back to the days when car audio companies actually did head to head comparisons in magazines. Unfortunately magazines would sometimes rate the company that did the most amount of advertising with them the highest and I even had one mag offer me a #1 rating over the competition for double page ads for 12 months in their buyers guide We still test and engineer to beat the competition. We don't get enough credit for all the work we do and the fact that we are and always have been a engineering company first and just lost the marketing battle.

this thread is just to gauge the interest you guys would have in this. I got permission from, in fact, welcomed open arms from MTX on a SSA tour. I would really love to see this as it is a very fun place to visit. IT is the Phoenix campus where they make and distribute alot of their high end amps and much much more. If you are in the AZ or surrounding area's, and would like to be a part of this, please post up a general date range when this would be possible and lets see if we can all come to an agreement on a date. Would be a fun time for sure! Me: I'm set for when ever is good for the masses!

Yes! I doubt the paint will be as crazy as mine on the first run of things, be we are going to be doing a small pre-order on these and buy a stock our selves, then offer them to anyone on that is willing to pay for them. We are no longer calling them pre-fabs only because they are better then most boxes that are custom built. I'm thinking about calling them "Torture Chambers" , something like that. Cost is still up in the air at this point, but just don't expect these at normal "pre-fab" prices since they have so many man hours in them.

So I wake up and have a few missed calls from a CA number, I call one back and they answer "xyz auto body" how can I help you. I am then like....umm....is Andrew there guess thats who called cause he said he was painting. They say yes. Andrew gets on the phone, he says he's been up all night paining this. They are doing two primer coats, two base coats, a coat of clear, wet sanding? , then another coat of clear. This box is going to look like glass when it's done. yup, we stopped around 4am. I didn't get to sleep until 7am lol. It was alot of fun though. Today Will called us up and invited us over to the bomb'est ass BBQ of all time! I should of got a video of that, it was just epic. Every type of BBQ meat and side dish you could imagine! Can't wait for the next one lol
