Yes that's why I said they do get loud and handle power etc etc. They're definitely not anywhere near a bad woofer it just seems that because of some videos a ton of people think that they're the godzilla of the sub world. Again I'm not bashing FI. I just get tired of certain people, or types of people. Anyways just my 2 cents. I AM A get out of this sandbox now and leave this alone. Fi has paved the way for countless woofer companies; through the combined engineering of Scott Atwell and Nick Morgan, the BTL is in a class with very few woofers. The woofers in it's class have technology stolen from the BTL.

A .7 Qtc is really only optimal in an environment that doesn't have a lot of cabin/room gain. In a car, a Qtc a litle higher than .7 will normally sound pretty good due to the cabin gain of a car. Not that .7 doesn't sound good, that isn't the point here. I would just watch out if you start modeling Qtc's that approach 1. Here you will start getting some bad results.... If you make the box too small, it just won't sound so good. You won't hurt the sub though, in fact it will handle more power mechanically. You can also add a signifigant amount of fill to lower the Qtc. You will have to experiment with this....

Still nothing guys. I have posted on here, his youtube account, PM'ed him on ROE, emailed him several times and tried calling numbers that people have given me and still got nothing. Troy your pucking scamming us. Can this guy be banned? He doesn't deserve to have this proffesional vendor thread so that he can scam people out of more money in the future.

All you got to do is give your product to the "bigger names" in car audio, and have them swear its the best, even though they don't have anything to compare it to. I find it very funny watching those people review and push a product, but actually have no idea. Youtube is hurting car audio more than anything else at the moment. And people think sinces these people are getting 5-15k+ views per video, they believe these people are the gurus. Which is hardly the case. Good marketing, but bad for the industry in a way. I would say you can compare it to MAX wattage ratings vs RMS. /rant.

I asked for my money back and he didn't give it to me. He gave me an excuse. He told me 2 more weeks but said it openly in this thread. I thought well, if he's going to make the statement in public, maybe THIS time he'll keep his word. He didn't. I don't have my bracket that I paid for or my refund that I asked for. You ride this guy's nuts all you want, but it's been since january. He has made promise after promise and thus far he has broken them all. He may be a great guy, but he's had my money for 5 months and I've got nothing but emails at the start in return. That's not what I paid for. Don't come in here acting like we shouldn't speak out. He stopped replying to my emails. I don't email him all the time. He tells me 2 weeks. I wait a month and a half and then email. Wait 2 weeks and still no reply. That happens a couple of times and I start this thread hoping that public attention will get something done. It doesn't. All it does is get a couple nut huggers in here to get his back. Well guys you just look foolish. If he doesn't come up with the brackets he doesn't deserve your nut huggery. I wasn't even being nasty about this. I was trying to be nice. I have come to a conclusion and I know my math is correct with it. We are not going to get any where with this topic, or any other topic.
