package(s) they are interested in, along with their full shipping address and email

address. If for whatever reason the Private Message function is not working, you

Shortly thereafter, you will receive a confirmation indicating the total cost along

with payment information. Please allow up to ten days for delivery from the date

of payment. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted. Free shipping applies only

& labor warranty covering any defects in craftsmanship, but will NOT cover damage
