Sadly, I could have repaired that before you ripped it out :(

Then again it'd probably turn into a palm tree like Sencheezy's afterwards.

Whats up with all the photos of dead evils lately? Mainly issues with the leads its seems.

I thought the sewn leads would work better than the sandwiched leads of the Sp4, but it seams they burn up or break either way for both subs.

it lasted one month total,i say 5,000 watts of power on each sub.

before i had only one SUNDOWN NS-1 amp on 2 ssa evils@1ohm wich would be 2500 watts on each sub.....for a total of 4 months and one of the subs caught fire

by the way i know sundown NS-1 is 6,500 watts of power, but i have 2 straped @1ohm and getting 9500 to 10,000 watts of power due to lack of power thats why i say 5 k on each sub. i love SSA and im not backing out on them SSA FTW

Not sandwiched per say. Thing of it being exactly the same as pictured here with a plastic ring on top with a spider on top of that and glued at the joint collar. So it's technically the same with slightly more chance of glowing spiders cause you have more of them to flame on. Granted they're meant to be fire retarded, but the leads aren't molten resistant.
