Well i decided i'd come over here from SMD trying to get some more comments from other audio fanatics. well on to the pics going to start from the beginning of the rebuild starting the plans started the runs, going to be a total of 8runs 4+ 4- got a package! holly poo my baby! lots more to come!

well heres some updates. kinda late but yeah its there.

thought id bump this so that i remeber to update this tonight when i get back from work.

well took a look at my amp last night and it looks like someone was already trying to seal it... so i redid the mounting of it and those are about a inch and a half long so there really in there took me a socket to put them in too. so idt anyones gonna seal it now. and i know the amp was easy to seal too seeing i looked away and old my friend to try and steal it and he got it off and one tug... makes me sad

thanks everyone yeah im still debating the brush guard. well heres some update pics got at new hu kenwood x994 and the rca's ran from the hu to where i believe the 360.2 is going to be rca's down the passenger side because the power for the 1000.4 and 600.2 are comming in on the drivers side all the rca's other then the ones to go to the 1000.4 and 600.2 so just add 6more to that hand full lol the rca's at the headunit. lol not as meny as there is at the 360.2 well thats the newest updates soon i hope to have the fuse holder, holder built and under the hood and then 4 more runs of 0g and a 0g and 4g into the cab for the door speaker amps. hopefully this guy ive been talking to goes through and buys my explorer

fiberglass resion, fiberglass matt, plastic gloves, and brush thanks ive never been one for toppers but it makes it so i have room to use and makes it seam like an older person owns it so then cops wont jump on me as fast

just finish this seeing im gonna be scratching the money up to finish this up thanks bro yeah idk about it eather yet but i know it will give the vibe of an older persons truck then if that works cops wont be so ready to pull me over. and if i crash or anything like that it wont get as fucked up as easy thanks bro! why dont u go try its fun

got the topper on and got the bitch a wash me and the truck me and lil miss sara and pooka butt look at all that room lol clearance of the amp/ battery rack and the tailgate

hey heres some pics of the topper and a kick ass brush guard i just have to make mounts for it ill get the topper put on tomorrow and maybe size up the guard to see how it looks

I wanna hear it too! yeah ive been working and its the last week of college and i have finals. but on the plus tomorrow my dads picking up a topper that i found on craigs list. so thats a total plus

if i was u id do a 6th order like i had with my 2 18's it was really nice got low and higher end with ease. plus u have the hole there might as well use it right

well the port into the cab the hole thats cut its self is a port. i figured it to around 42hz so im happy so far but it all matters on when i get it playing. and the box is a bandpass so the backs of the subs are sealed and the fronts ported into the cab

yeah i still got some stuff to do with that. still gotta find some rubber washers yeah im going to be getting a 360.2 and yeah i got the idea off them doors too. lol. but i tryed to make them look different but there was no way for them to fit too.

Hey just thought i'd add myself to another fourm and try and get some more intrest in my build. ive been on smd for around 4 years now. just seems like they look more then comment on my build so soon ill start one here from the begining of my rebuild. working on this rebild it has 4 18 DC lvl 4xl a stetsom 7kd. theres more but still. just looking for a warm welcome!

thanks i should get some work done tonight, maybe start fiberglassing the inside then sand down the doors some more. and get the other door rapped and ready to go for glass

the work from last night decided to just make a hole seeing its going to have a total of 8 0g into it still got to seal off and grind down the back the other door just waiting to be cut up fuses just sitting there to check clearance got to love detachable stuff now some me some love guys!

last one then your all cought up on my rebuild other then what i did today what it looks like inside the small baby eater finished up the construction of the port into the cab and i still got my tono cover on. its just temp till i build a topper/mod or buy one amp/battery rack construction hooked it up for shit giggles but funny enough with i flipped the switch for it to turn on... it didnt how shes gonna look other then some other lil things to go and when i got done i found this on the table the winner of Rockford Fosgate's Whats Your Volume Contest. the other contestants look its me!!! and theres my rebuild got the pics from tonight uploading now

only like 2 more post of pics and a video to go!!!! foaming the back wall/port speaker rings for the other door cleaned it up a lil bit, just letting it sit over night now hmm think i need sound dead.??? backing the door some more and the ruff sand with a 21" belt sander. yeah i was really carefull. but i was only wearing shorts a flipflops. still had to sand that last time to see it with its top off getting it all ready and shes on

alright on to some more pics. i also did some lil work tonight so hopefully i can get them all uploaded so then your caught up to it still needed more depth how the layout came out. blam "!" point! anyone got ideas on how to make the 8's shiny like the 6.5??? ended up moving the highs a lil more so there where more level wrapping it big bird yellow door? last test fit before fiberglass yay clearance hmm wonder what ppl will think when they walk by my truck... keep in mind this is really my 3rd time working with fiberglass

u guys want the pics to keep coming? rca, remote trun on, led turn on, and voltage meter wires port into cab doing a simi wall type thing so i dont have to look at the metal still trying to figure out the pvc part
