Randal Johnson replied to Randal Johnson's topic in Automotive and Performance
Thank you Sir !!! Went out to the local Sonic Drive In "Cruze In" the other night. First time hanging out like that in 20 years !!! LOL I had Fun !!! I was asked why I pulled her in instead of backing in like the other low riders. My response was "I wanted to show her Phat Ass off" -

Dylan's "Brutal" 17 Chevy Cruze RS Hatch
Randal Johnson replied to Randal Johnson's topic in Build Logs
Thank you Sir. For stock electrical, not bad. Mid 40s. Sorry for not posting scores. He wants “loud” so it won’t be anything Sound Quality but we will be doing some front upgrades later. I got my 18 for the Avalanche, so he’s busting my balls to put my Brutal Sounds 15 in the Cruze. If it goes in, we will upgrade his electrical and bump up to a pair of 2k amplifiers. Think we will compete SQ with the Avalanche and SPL with his Cruze. My issue at the moment is his motorcycle accident working on getting him recovered. Had to have Knee surgery. -
Got a new sub to try out in the Avalanche, it’s a custom built 18 with a suspension you can actually push by hand. Should be much better with driver control. I will get pics posted up soon. At the Casino with the wife enjoying a night off.

Upgrading to a single 15. Not using a T-Line with this either . -
All new SSA DM150.2 amplifier
Randal Johnson replied to Aaron Clinton's topic in Sound Solutions Audio (SSA®)
Thank You for understanding Sir. Just a thought, this would be a great amplifier to run as a pair active on your component set. But not as you would normally think, use one amplifier to run the left side and another amplifier to run the right. From the specs, there should be enough amplifier channel separation to make it work and have excellent system left and right channel separation. -
Input on 6 6.5s subs to use
Randal Johnson replied to SMpaintball78's topic in Subwoofers / Speakers
That’s not a bad deal at all there. And since there already broke in, that should work great on a little smaller enclosure than recommend on adequate power. Should be able to run an external port on the rear of the enclosure firing towards the left rear door. Good luck Sir and keep up posted wit the results !!! -

Seen these trucks running quad 8s ported and tuned beating the block down daily ... there’s a kit you can buy to raise the rear seat to get adequate sub bass ... -

Randal Johnson replied to Randal Johnson's topic in Automotive and Performance
Thank you Sir. Yes, the 4/6 drop kit gives the truck the exact rake as stock, just lower. Now that the initial "phantom" work is done, body work and paint is the next step with this truck. luckily, there is not much actual "body Work" needs to be done. Just a lot of "attention to detail' work before the Florescent Green Paint job. Thanks for Posting brother !!! -

OK, Thinking my problem is my Shitty IPhone setting up pics in different formats and I'm just now catching it. Let's try a couple more. If it work, I will straighten out this thread. Thank You guys !!! Got my fenders bolted up and ready to test fit on the truck !!! Got the ole Medium Duty out to help me get the bed back on the truck this weekend. Made everything much easier !!! -
